Healing Flowers

Roses

Roses are among the more popular flowers that Florists use in bouquets. They come in vibrant colors. They have an amazing sweet scent.

Roses are also healing flowers. They contain Vitamin C. They are effective antioxidants. Rose petals can enhance blood circulation. They can help address anxiety and melancholy. Roses are considered helpful in promoting health and uplifting your sense of well-being. 

Lavender

Lavender is popular as an essential oil for aromatherapy. It calms your nerves. It helps you relax and sleep well.

Dandelion

It is not surprising that the early Native Americans thought highly of the Dandelion and used it extensively as a healing flower.

Lotus
