April Flowers 1: Roses

Roses, scientifically known as Rosa, are a traditional masterpiece that never goes out of style, and they come in a variety of colors. Red roses are often associated with love and passion.

Roses are versatile flowers that have been grown for their scent, beauty, and healing abilities throughout history. Also, it can be used for a variety of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other events.  

April Flower # 2: Tulips

Tulip, scientifically known as Tulipa, is a popular bloom in April and one of the most beautiful flowers this spring season. Tulips symbolize profound love, and it is famous in the Netherlands. In fact, the city of Amsterdam celebrates National Tulip Day every year in January.

In addition, Tulips also have a unique fragrance and color that are not in many other flowers. While the tulip flower is a common sight in April, not many people know that these colorful flowers are edible. Many people have heard of eating Tulips but don’t know how to enjoy them.

Irises are commonly known to symbolize wisdom and valor. Irises are gorgeous flowers with incredible diversity! Each type has unique characteristics, They have a wide range of colors and patterns, and some of them can thrive every season.

In the past, Iris flowers were used widely to create perfumes, and the perfumes were used as presents to the gods.  

April Flowers 4: Daffodil

 Daffodils, scientifically known as Narcissus, signify rebirth and new beginnings because they are the first blossoming flower in the spring. They are persistent flowers that have endured and survived the winter frost. Thus they represent new life and resilience.

There is a traditional flower for each wedding milestone, and the Daffodil is the official flower of the 10th wedding anniversary. The Daffodil’s resilience symbolism plays a significant part in this too.

Virginia Bluebells or Mertensia virginica are wildflowers in a blue and purple trumpet shape. As the flower ages, its pigment deepens. A perennial flower that blooms from spring to early summer, delivering a vibrant burst to your garden.

Virginia bluebells are commonly found in wet, shady spots because they are best in moist soil. To thrive, they must get sufficient water while budding and flowering.

Flowers are the most gorgeous decoration of nature. However, they don’t bloom all year long. Despite their seasonal nature, they constantly remind us of nature’s wonders and beauty. Even though it may seem challenging to find a good source of inspiration in the difficulties of the time, flowers always give us a sense of hope and joy.
